PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Council Meeting held on March 11, 2024, by-law number 2618 entitled:
“By-law concerning swimming pools in the City of Côte Saint-Luc.”
The object of the by-law is to establish the requirements to be respected by the owner or the operator of a pool or a wading pool in order to ensure that proper safety and security measures are in place.
By-law no 2618 will be available for consultation on the City’s website at the following address: www.cotesaintluc.org/bylaws. This by-law will also be available for consultation at the City Hall, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by submitting a request to: [email protected]
Said by-law comes into force according to law.
