PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Assistant City Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on May 13, 2024, at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will adjudicate upon the requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
- 5710 Hudson, Lot 1 052 855, Zone RU-20
The request is to allow:
- – The existing Semi-Detached Single-Family Dwelling built in 1959 under permit number 1959-00732 to maintain its West lateral setback at a minimum distance of 1.96m instead of the minimum required lateral setback of 1.98m.
- – The construction of a driveway enlargement consisting of an additional paved area at ground level adjacent to the sloped driveway with a minimum distance between the paved area and the West lateral land line of 1 foot instead of the minimum required distance of 3 feet.
- – The construction of an extension to the existing pathway in the lateral yard, that was constructed in 2010 under permit number 2010-14531, at a minimum distance of 1 foot from the West lateral land line instead of the minimum required distance of 2 feet, and with a maximum width of 5.5 feet instead of the maximum permitted width of 4 feet.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Annex “B” (Zone RU-20), Article 7-2-3 d), and Article 4-4-5 h).

The request is to allow the Institutional building (School) to provide a minimum of 41 parking spaces instead of the minimum required number of 44 parking spaces for a maximum of 65 employees.
The whole notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law no. 2217 Article 7-3-1 Table 2.
