By-Law to amend the Construction By-Law No. 2593 to add provisions pertaining to solid fuel burning, renovictions, and noise related to mechanical equipment
The purposes of this amendment are: to diminish our city’s impact on the air quality, to ensure tenants are protected from renovictions, and to reduce nuisances related to noise generated by mechanical equipment.
